We are open about the trade-off. A North Brisbane builder on a coastal site means you get the Oakridge Living standard of work and direct access to the builder, and we are coming up from Brisbane on key site visits. Travel is in the quote.
For some buyers that is the right call. They have shortlisted a local builder and want a second opinion they trust. For others, a coast-based builder is the better fit. We will tell you straight which we think you are.
