10 to 15 minutes. We ask about your block, your budget band, your timeline and the design you have in mind.

We walk your block
On site or in the office, and we'll arrange a time that suits you.

Information gathering
We collect the practical details we need (block address, registration status, overlays, soil info if you have it, plans or sketches).

What to have ready when you call
You don't need everything sorted before you contact Oakridge Living. The conversation is more useful if you can share roughly:
The suburb or block address
Whether the land is registered and you own it (or you're under contract)
A budget band (it's fine if it's a range)
Rough brief (number of bedrooms, single or double storey, family home vs acreage vs granny flat)
Timeframe (when you'd want to be in the home)
If you only have one or two of those, that's still enough to start
