We finalise your selections and provide your fixed-price proposal.

Contract Signing
Once you're happy to proceed, we'll prepare and sign your building contract.

We coordinate the necessary approvals before construction begins.

Build Journey Begins
Construction commences, with your project overseen by the licensed builder and regular updates provided throughout the build.

Handover
