Where we build
Strathpine, Kallangur, Petrie, Brendale
Strathpine sits at the heart of the Pine Rivers area. The streets are mature, the block sizes are generous, and the knockdown rebuild market is real. Kallangur and Petrie share much of the same DNA, with a slightly newer building stock and a strong family-suburb feel. Brendale carries a mixed character with industrial and trade hubs alongside residential streets, which actually works in our favour: we know the local trade base well and the supply lines are short.

Older streets bring constraints. Mature trees that cannot be touched, neighbours who want to be told what is happening, easements that are not where the title plan suggests they should be. We work through these on the site visit, not after the contract is signed.
If your block has a slope, we will tell you straight whether one of the standard plans works, whether a highset design is the better answer, or whether the brief is heading toward a custom build.
